Choc Full of Strawberries
Spring Mocktail (Serves 4)
You will need
- 4 cups of milk, or coconut milk is a tasty option
- 8 teaspoons of chocolate powder
- 200 g strawberries, plus a few extra for garnish
Directions
- Dissolve chocolate powder in a little warm milk, cool and add remaining milk
- Puree 200 g strawberries and combine with cold milk
- Pour into four cups and garnish with remaining strawberries
