What is GARDENS PLUS?

GARDENS PLUS is our loyalty program available at participating Plants Plus Stores. By becoming a GARDENS PLUS member, you´ll join a select group of Plants Plus customers. There are no membership joining fees and once you have joined, simply login through this site and all of your information is easy to access. You also have the flexibility of being able to link your account with other family members and friends to accumulate points quicker!

Once you become a GARDENS PLUS member, by presenting your GARDENS PLUS membership card you will receive a range of benefits including:

How do I become a GARDENS PLUS member?


Simply visit a participating Plants Plus Garden Centre or join up on line at the link above. Once you join up your membership is active immediatley. Contact your local store which can be found here to see if they are a GARDENS PLUS store.

How do the GARDENS PLUS rewards work?

1 - Receiving Your Rewards

All you need to do to start receiving your GARDENS PLUS rewards is to present your GARDENS PLUS membership card, every time you make a purchase at your nominated Plants Plus Store. Your purchase is recorded onto your membership card every time it is swiped. You will receive points*  for every dollar you spend in the store.  The more you shop, the more GARDENS PLUS rewards you will receive. So get shopping!

2 - Redeeming Your Rewards

All your rewards are stored in a secure GARDENS PLUS account. You can use these rewards once you have accumulated a minimum number of points to redeem on future purchases at your nominated Plants Plus store. Your membership card may be used only at your nominated joining store. Simply, present your membership card to identify yourself as one of our special customers, to receive all the benefits Plants Plus have to offer.

 3 - Tracking Your Rewards

You can keep track of your rewards via this website. Simply click the ´Member LOGIN´ icon above to log in. There you will enter a username and password. Use your membership card number as your username and your surname as your password the first time you log in to check your accounts.
